GUIBE S. A. was founded in 1976, and since his origin the Company has been focused in manufacturing equipment for transmission field, mainly gears and gearboxes for many industries.

Guibe is the first Spanish Gearbox Manufacturer and is specialised in manufacturing both standard and special gearboxes, customize to the customer needs.

Others products & services are: Gears, mechanical jacks, couplings and gearboxes repair (own or competitor branches)

Guibe is staffed by 55 full time employees. The Company has made important investments in the last few years:

(08-09) (mainly new grinders machines ) and 2010 (new test bench).

The most important investment in 2011 was a new gears checking machine (up to 2000 mm diameter).

_ 1976 Guibe made the first inroads.

_ 1984 First Tandem gearboxes manufacturing.

_ 1995 First export sales.

_ 2004 Open new facility ( Irura ).

_ 2008-09 Acquire new machinery (mainly grinding machines).

_ 2009 New gears test by NITAL.

_ 2010 New test bench.

_ 2011 New gears checking machine

Interchangeable with other brands gearboxes (same exterior dimension).

Parallel & perpendicular shafts, with massif – hollow shafs etc.

Nominal torque up to 1.500.000Nm.
